  • Payment information?
    You are obliged to pay 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking dates. Your remaining payment is due to 10 days prior on your trip departure and is non-refundable.
  • Do I need a visa?
    Anyone wishing to stay for longer than 30 days in Indonesia should apply for a visa with the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate in their country of origin before departure. This visa is valid for 60 days and may be extended in Indonesia.
  • Why Mentawai is more expensive than other destinations?
    The reason is the Mentawai Islands are located on remote area. So, all the stuffs including fuel have to be bought in Padang and transported by ferry. That makes everything more expensive. On the other hand the remote area makes this place turn into Paradise. In short, that is really worth on its price.
  • Why some cash?
    You will need some cash to purchase things like your ferry tickets, soft drink, beer bintang, laundry, and Mentawai souvenir.
  • Do I need travel insurance?
    Yes, it is mandatory to have travel insurance that includes an emergency evacuation. Besides, we advise you to get travel insurance that covers travel delay, flight delay, transport delay, baggage delay, also with emergency medical transport and travel accident insurance. You will never know what might happen to you.
  • Why deposit?
    Once the deposit has been made, we secure your booking calendar trip on that dates for your capacity. Also, since our island location on remote area, we have to make sure to get all the necessities before you arrive.
